Donations

Payments and donations made through the Site are processed by PayPal and are subject to PayPal’s terms and privacy policy. Action Long Island Corp is a not-for-profit organization exempt under section 501(c)(6) of the Internal Revenue Code. Contributions to Action Long Island are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. Membership dues may be deductible by members as an ordinary and necessary business expense — please consult your tax advisor. Payments are generally non-refundable. If you believe a payment was made in error, contact us promptly and we will work with you in good faith to resolve it.
